- Conduct athlete assessments to create individualized training plans.
- Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, providing feedback and adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance facility operations and client engagement.
- Organize and oversee training camps, workshops, and community events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve coaching methods.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for both athletes and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of coaching experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of athletic training methodologies and performance enhancement.
- Certification from a recognized coaching organization (e.g., NSCA, ACSM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire athletes and staff.
- Passion for sports and athlete development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Base pay starting at $50,000 plus commission and performance based bonus opportunities
